Since 1965, IGLHAUT Mercedes-Benz service center/dealership has been located in Markbreit, Germany. From the beginning, an important part of the enterprise was not only body and chassis repair but also the customization, construction and conversion of vehicles. For more than 25 years now, we have been building, here in the heart of Mainfranken, our popular all-wheel drive vehicles. As of May 2008, IGLHAUT Allrad has converted more than 850 vehicles! Our all-wheel drive vehicles are in use worldwide. A short list of countries using IGLHAUT Allrads is: Andorra, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Greece, Israel, Iran, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Morocco, Namibia, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, the Czech Republic, the Ukraine, Hungary, several of the Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
Camper vans with our all-wheel drive conversions are being used on safaris and desert expeditions.
Some have crossed entire continents and some have even been driven around the world.
